Overview:
Shivaji Maharaj gave Moropant Pingle the robes of a Peshwa. Moropant was expert in building forts and creating army. Moropant did not live long after Shivaji Maharaj. The Peshwa was held by the Moropant family until Balaji Vishwanath got the Peshwa’s robes in 1714. Swarajyache Pantapradhan Moropant Pingale was the chief advisor of Shivaji Maharaj in political matters and was a famous fighter of that time. This book is written by Dr. Sadashiv Shivade.
